Ingredients:

• 1 kg chicken, 1 ½ cups rice, 2 chopped onions, 3 chopped tomatoes, 3 crushed garlic cloves,
• 2 teaspoons Kabsa Spices, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, salt to taste.

Preparation:

• Sauté the onion in a little oil, then add the chicken or meat and brown well.
• Add the Kabsa Spices mix with tomato paste and fresh tomatoes and stir briefly.
• Add water and leave until the meat/chicken is cooked.
• Add the rice and cook until it absorbs the broth and is fully done.
